Consumer Law, Warranties Service provider won't pay repair charges

I purchased a camcorder online through JVC in 2007 with their one year warranty when that warranty expired; I purchased warranty through a service provider called "warrantech" in 2008, so now that my camcorder need to be fixed warrantech is telling me they will not pay for it. I was told that when I initially taken a warranty with JVC I would have to have had 90 days of JVC warranty before purchasing warranty through warrantech. This information was not listed on the confirmation report. I just learned of this information today. so now they won't refund the money I paid for the warranty (estimate of $75.00) nor would they pay for the repair charges. What should I do?
