For a medical service my wife made an advance payment/booking on July 2014 using my credit card (since they offered one time yearly discount during that period) in American Laser Clinic on July 2014. The payment was done via phone.
My wife was supposed to receive the service by November but she re-scheduled the appointment to January due to her medical condition. She called that clinic by January and the number did not go through. So she waited for a week more and did not get any response either. When we personally went to the place to our surprise the place was locked and no attendees to address our concern.
Looks like the company has filed bankruptcy. How do I get my money back. Its been 7 months since I paid using credit card. Looking out for legal advice.
