This evening the Sheriff visited to deliver a judgement. Dated yesterday, this lists an amount due to a company with whom we have no business relationship.
"You are hereby notified that this court has issued a writ of execution in the case directing that some of your propert be sold according to law and the proceeds of the sale be delivered to the clerk of this court to be used to satisfy a part of all of your debt to the creditor..."
The balance on judgement is $1831.86
Post-Judgement Interest is $492.36
Costs and Pre-Judgement Interest is $229.25
Total amount due is $2553.47
