The state or country I am talking about is: Collin County, Texas
Im in the process of trying to get former same sex partner off of my deed for a house we purchased. There was no agreement about seperation. About 6 years ago he moved out and tried to sue me for half of the property. He never succeeded and my question is does statue of limitations apply? Is this a family matter or real estate matter ( we were in the relationship 5 years)? He has never helped with maintence or upkeep is there any deadbeat type law? And were could I find other cases of this nature. Thank you for your time.
