my boyfriend just got sent "up-state" to state prison. What happens next? I called the county jail where he just left and they said they didn't have information on where he would be heading. I heard that he will first be sent to a facility where he will be "classified" and could be there for a month w/out phone calls. Does anyone know what happens next?? He's in there for drug charges and is considered a "non-violent" offender.
