I have been summonded to court as to show reason that I do not have a specified waste collection agency of record for my household solid waste disposal. I have never generated a single gram of waste for curbside collection, and am willing to fight to not have to pay for a service that I do not utilize. How do I file for discovery of the base for the local gov't case against me?
