How would it be possible to get a record expunged for parental abduction that was commited for child and self protection and now the father is in jail for homicide?
The parental abduction was 10 years ago and the murder was 5 years ago (this was found out recently) He was on drugs and physically abused family but still the custody was granted to him and now he killed someone.
