I am wanting to start a marketing campaign using car/truck magnets, on other's cars. I would pay them commissions based on any sales that come from those leads. I will have a way to track any lead to a specific individual.
What I am hoping to do is have a competent attorney draft documents that would reduce or eliminate any liability from myself or my company, in the event of a traffic accident or worse. In addition to these documents, I would want some sort of document to explain the terms of the program and detail the pay structure and that I would be filing W-9s in accordance to IRS regulations.
Anything else I may be missing would be needed as well.
This is not only for advice, as I would love to discuss fees that would be associated with this type of documentation.
