My landlord would not resond to my request for refund of securty deposit when I moved out. When I sent certified letters with a legal demand for the return of the deposit. She contacted my supervisor (military) and made up a bunch of charges like $80 for 3 light bulbs she said that was missing. we are taking her to court tomorrow. Is there any laws that we should be aware of before we go tomorrow? I live in idaho
