I'm on section 8. the voucher is paid in full by the agency here in ohio. CHMA. If a side deal is made btwn the tenant and landlord to pay a "extra", if the tenant reniges on the deal, can the landlord sue? Even though making "side deals" is against CMHA's rules.
 
The landlord can sure try...but they won't get far. That would also be incredibly stupid on their part to attempt this. No judge would grant them a judgement.

I believe the landlord is blowing smoke, because what he is doing is against regulations. But would you recommened obtaing a lawyer for this or just go in and state facts and one of the facts is that i screwed up, or not admit to it at all?
