I was wondering. it's my 4th seatbelt ticket and now I never noticed it before but on the ticket it is circled as same as driver. however I was driving my dad's car and the officer when he chekced registration and insurance he put same as driver on the ticket. Can it be dismised by that or it doesn't matter. Thanks a lot .
