Seatbelt ticket

I am a pizza delivery guy and I just recently received a ticket for not wearing a seat belt while I was working. Now while I know the cop was just doing their job usually police officers do not mess with me when they see that I am working. I set a court date to go fight the ticket (something I always do because I love to argue my points) and I really have just one question: If she wrote my name down wrong on the ticket can I get off on a technicality? And if that is a technicality what would be the legal term for it or the proper court case to cite while I am in court? I guess it is a two-part question. Since it is a seat belt ticket I am almost positive there is no other way I can win this case but like I said before I like to fight tickets just to get my voice heard and as of right now I am batting .500 since I have fought 2 tickets and won one of them. So if anyone knows if I can win on this technicality that information would be greatly appreciated.
