When the police conducted a search in a home authorized by a warrant, can they drill into a safe (not listed in the warrant) using a drill they found on the premises, and if not, can they use the contents found in the safe in court? They also found another safe, and insisted that the combination be given to conduct a search of its' contents. Is this also legal? The police turned the entire area upside down.
