My jurisdiction is: Missouri
Someone I hired wrote script in my home and business computers to track and send back to him activity and see all my personal and business documents and emails. What would the law do to him if I spent the money for a professional to document this activity? It would cost over $2000 to have my computers checked, but I am sure the code is there. If not feasible, I am going to erase all computers hard drives.
