Personal Bankruptcy SBA loan default

My business is closed down and I am on the hook for a huge SBA loan default. I need advice on filing an Offer In Compromise and how to negotiate a settlement. There was no business bankruptcy and I do not qualify for personal bankruptcy. Thanks
