I am having a continuous problem with Sallie Mae misapplying payments to my loans. I think they do not want their customers to really pay their loans off early. I have read other customers with the same issue. I am paying electronically to make it easier for Sallie Mae to appropriate my amount to the specific loans. However, it is useless. This is now beyond my frustration and making me mentally ill. There has to be some accountability for these continuous errors for Sallie Mae. One someone is late on their payment, Sallie Mae harass their customers verbally on the phone and threaten them on taking their paychecks, etc. However, the shoe is on the other side now and Sallie Mae has no consequences given to them. Please, someone send me some advice. I am close to losing my mind.
