Corporate Law S Corp... Share holder right querstion.

I own a small 25% share of this business and the 75% did not share the company finance info for two years. What can I do to get them to send the info to me. I know that they are not reporting cash earning to the IRS which I think is not proper and I do not want to have problem with the IRS.

What kind of option do I have?

Did you write a certified letter to this effect yet to make a demand? This seems to be a small, closely held corporation. What is the general makeup?

I understand your issues. My feeling is that you may need to inform them that you need to have a serious, face to face conversation. You probably want to make sure to smooth out all issues.
