S corp or LLC?

I currently reside and have a job in Florida. I am looking to set up a corporation to run some consulting business through that I do on the side. I will not have any employees.

That said, should I just form a LLC?

You need to hire a good business lawyer and a good tax CPA to outline the ramifications of using either form of business.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both kinds of organization.
