As an S Corp. if I file bankruptcy how does that effect my personal side and my husband, we live in WA state--community property.
I have a failing business and can't see how I can pay next months rent. I have $75K in credit card and loan debt all for the business although 2 of the 5 credit cards are in my name, the others are in my name and the business name.
Also, what is the approx. amount that it costs to file bankruptcy, I heard it was really expensive and you still have to pay back most everything so I didn't consider it before now.
