I sold a man a camper. A week later he said he found wood on it that was rotten. I had no clue about the wood. When I sold it to him we had a bill of sale that stated as is condition. Now he wants me to buy it back. Telling me he is going to sue. Should I be good?

Should I be good?

Yes.

Be good to yourself.

The law's on your side.

Tell him he bought it, he owns it, good bye.

Then block his calls and emails and never talk to him again.

If he does sue you, you take a copy of your "as is" bill of sale to court and show it to the judge.

Most people with buyer's remorse are just whiners who huff and puff and end up slinking away without following through.

He may be just telling you he is going to sue hoping you will buy it back but might not follow through with suing. You need to tell him (if you haven't already) that he bought it "as is". If he does sue, then take your "as is" bill of sale to court. You "should" prevail.
