I was wondering, due to innocent until proven guilty I had 4 questions:
when you plead not guilty in court do they have to prove your guilt or do you have to prove your innocents?
- Also If I have to prove innocents what sort of things would be considered proof?
- Thirdly would it be in front of a jury or just a judge?
- Lastly when you plead not guilty do you have to come back for a second court date?
