I signed a year lease in June 2005. In the lease it is stated that there are no pets allowed. The landlords son has a dog now who practically is being allowed to live in the house. I have told my roomate and landlord several times that i do not want a dog in my house. Outside is one thing but it is in our house all day and all night. Secondly while I was on vacation the same roomate allowed 4 people to live in our living room and my room till they found a place(free of charge) I returned after 3 weeks to discover this and it has now been a full month that they have been here. The electricity bill has doubled in this month and the landlords are asking me to pay for my part, even though i was not here and other people where allowed to live in the house and my room. Is there anything here that would fall under a breach of lease on the landlords behalf?
