I showed up to a party in Round Rock Texas, i was only there for about 10 to 15 minutes. I did not drink at all that night. The Round Rock Police showed up at the door and knocked. The daughter of the owner of the house told everyone to be quite and no one touch the door, her parents were out of town (the owners of the house). The police broke in through the window and stated that they got in touch with her dad that was out of town and he said it was ok to break into the house. The cops split the people in the house into two groups,minors and people the age of 17 and older. Everyone that was 17 and older, me being one of them, got an MIC and an MIP but no breathalize test was given, although there was beer in the house. After the cop wrote the ticket stating that i was drunk he said it was ok for me to drive me and my friends home. Is there anything i can do to fight this?
