I own a manufactured home in a park where my daughter and two roommates are now living while she attends college. The park does not allow sub-leasing; however, since my daughter is living there they allowed roommates. When the roommates moved in there was not a written agreement. They verbally agreed to share in the space rent and utilities. My daughter and her roommates are now not getting along. My daughter would like them to leave.
What are my rights as the home owner? They do not have a written agreement with me or my daughter. Both the utilities and the space rent have been paid by my daughter. Can I legal ask the roommates to leave with a 30 day notice, 72 hour notice or no notice at all? What are my options?
