Me, my best friend and his wife signed a 1 year home rental agreement. She has stating to me she is not paying her part because she wants a divorce from my friend and she wants to move on. My friend is partially disabled and we live in california. What action could I take against her to make her pay and fullfill the the rental agreement? Is there any thing legal I can do to get out of the lease? Any info much appreciated.
