I own a home in Nampa and have a couple roomates. I only have a verbal contract with each to pay 300 including utilitie. I currently have one roomate that will be 700 behind as of Oct 1st. (in 2 days). I have tried many times to call him but he is not answering the phone or responding the voicemails. He does show up about 2-3 times a month for about 30 minutes when I am not there and has been using the room only for relations with his girlfriend (not part of the deal.. trust me). His stuff is still in the room. Question is how can I get him out legally, and how can I go about recovering unpaid rent?
