roomate left owing rent and expenses, also left property

Live- in tenant left owing rent and utilities and damages to landlord's vehicle. The live-in tenant has also left a huge amount of personal property. The live-in tenant has been legally evicted and has had a judgment for one month rent levied against her. The live-in tenant has not made any arrangements to remove their property and has had no contact with landlord for 90 days or more. My question is this; can I seize this property for money owned? How can I get the tenants property off my property?
