Prison, Jail Robcb

I am currently on probation for 5 years with a 4 year joint suspension. Here's my problem: I haven't checked in with my PO for months now. I'm having some issues with my head; my paranoia and schizophrenia are preventing me from behaving rationally, again. I'm crazy not stupid. I haven't committed any new crimes, I just can't bring myself to check in. It makes no sense, I know. I'm ready to go see a psychiatrist. Here is my question: What are the odds that I get hit with the 4 year joint suspension for not checking in? Even considering that I'm dealing with a debilitating psychological issue? Thank you for any info that you can offer.

If they have not yet issued an arrest warrant for you, they soon will.

While it's not likely you will go to prison for 4 years, it is IS likely that you will do some time for the violation.

Go see that psychiatrist, and take your meds.

If you were under care of a mental health professional who can vouch for your incapacity, that will help. If you have not sought help and are not under any medical care, I would not expect the excuse to fly.
