i signed an acre of land along with a small house over to my brother using a quit claim deed. the only stipulation, which was included in the deed, was that our dad had rights of survivorship. not only did my brother boot my dad off the property (daddy's 85 yrs old), i've heard that he has sold the property under an agreement for deed. :no: my brother is not married, nor does he have any children. when he passes away, do i have any rights to that property? he's a bad seed and it's not worth the trouble to do anything now, it's already cause too many ill feelings amoungst our other siblings .
