My wife owns a mobile home and has entered into a contract with a mobile home sales agent. She was mislead by this person and signed a 6 month sales agreement in which she was told that items in the contract did not apply to her agreement although they were not crossed out or otherwise deleted from the contract. Does the 3 day right to rescind apply to this contract as it does loan contracts?
