Is there anyway to find out if you are in these databases? I have a job interview coming up and I don't want a stupid mistake from my past to keep me from getting the job.

The owners of those various databases keep the information secreted away from mere mortals.
There will soon appear, a very informed and looped in poster and mod of this forum.
He can dispense certain information under certain conditions.

Due to a Class Action law suit these databases are currently not operating. Until they come up with new rules on reporting these events it will remain that way likely.

However once again these databases are currently reorganizing due to a Class Action law suit brought on The Esteem Database. Once they find a legal means to operate again they will so their legal teams are working on it.
