My boyfriend and I have been going out sence he was 16 and I was 17. He is still 16 and I am now 18. We are planning on moving out together by the end of this year, however, we are willing to wait till he is 17. His dad told him that if he moves out then he will file a restraining order aginst me so we cannot see each other anymore. Can he do this even if his son doesnt agree to it?
