1999 entered plea deal 27 months with 100,000.00 restitution filed 2255 while on parole for modification, never received anything in writing, just got a letter about offsetting my tax return and wages towards this 17 years after the fact. Want to know what if anything I can do to stop this and if possible be released from this? Also my case was transferred from Ohio to Philadelphia nut this order came from Ohio Department of Treasury

The only ways the 100Gs will be eliminated is to pay the order off, or die.

Well, there might be one more way, a full executive pardon.
That's rare, so that leaves you with two.

What is a full executive pardon? I never heard of that, is it possible?

That's what governors and presidents give to their biggest donors, or the relatives of their billionaire pals.

You can forget receiving one, but I mentioned pardons to be accurate.
