i was wondering what the maximum sentence for a repet offender would be if he had a resisting arrest w/ violence and battery on a law enforcement officer possesion of marrajuana w/ intent to sell and possession of cocaine. the officer beat him unjustly and put in the report that he punched him in the mouth 3 more times after he had him cuffed and subdued and admitted to loosing his temper and was suspended for 3 days without pay and has to take anger management courses.
