Friend of mine is out of US for family emergency and he got a latter from INS for his citizenship interview in second week of Jan, but he will be unable to come back in US for one reason Sickness of immidiate family member, second, all the returne tickets are booked til jan 31.
I thought of calling INS for reschedual. Need help. What is general time period of reschedualing? Is there any better way for it to be reschedualed quicker? or is there any airline rule for him to get returne ticked as urgent passenger?
