Parole, Probation requesting leniency due to hardships

I am currently on prw trial diversion program and I recently turned myself on a warrant for failure to appear i did not know i had court date because my mail had not been forwarded to my new address i am now going to court for probation revocation or education and i just gave birth to a little girl who is 4 weeks old i also have 2 little boys and i am the only caretaker how do i go about asking for leniency or anything else but jail times

You hire an attorney. If you end up in jail your children will more than likely end up with DHR if you truly have no one to care for them.

Agree, talk to a lawyer & see what he/she might be able to do for you. Good luck. I assume the Father(s) are not involved in the children's lives based on what you posted.
