My ex-husband of 30 years bought me A new car, and told me it was A gift for all the child support he never paid and for all the years he refused to support me and his family while we were married, among other things--
Now I have 2 documents he had me write out stating the car was mine no matter what happened between he and I, he even left it to me in his will as he had credit life on it.
He got angry at me 3 days ago and un beknown to me he pulled A rollback up, put my car on it and took off down the road with my car, this has caused me to loose my job and with no transporation not able to get another one and my rent and other bills are due on the first and I now have no money to pay any of them, because of it-
can he take the car like he did even though I have paper work stating he had given it to me?
The car title is still in his name as he is still paying for it.
