Repair moving fees

I am writing for my daughter, her landlord need to do some extensive repairs to the home she is renting, mold, roof, bathroom, etc. The landlord is telling them they have to move when they start the repairs until done. Is the landlord responsible for the fees for an hotel and storage?

Landlords are typically responsible for reasonable like-kind accommodations, while the unit they own is being repaired, if the unit is not habitable by the already in place tenant.
