I rent a large room in an old Victorian house. The owner of the home also rents rooms in the house to THREE other individuals ( In diffrent parts of the home). He charges 600-700 a month per person. He DOES NOT report this on his taxes. Is the illegal? And if so how much trouble could he get in from the IRS?
