Can someone rent a home that has a sinkhole? I know he would have to disclose that its on a sinkhole and he stated that the sinkhole is more of a compression of the organic material under the home rather than a danger of the home being swallowed up. But is this legal?
If the requirement for your state is that you have to be notified that there's a sinkhole, it would appear that yes, "he" (and I'm assuming this is the landlord/management) did this.
