Rent with no lease

Hello, my cousin came to me and aksed if I could help her out. She needed a place for her two sons to stay. We made a verbal agreement on $300 a month for them to stay, and it was suppost to only be a couple of months so we didn't have a lease. To make a long story short one of her sons charged $800 in pay-per-view movies on my cable bill, after that I asked him to leave. The younger son wanted to stay, we had made a verbal agreement on $400 an month ( half the bills), and he was only to stay for two months until he got into job core. To shorten the story again he started stealing from me, and I had to ask him to leave he ower $500 in back rent. I would like to know how and who I can get my money from?
