my husband was in prison 5 or 6 years ago and someone told him if a man is in prison for over 6months its an automatic divorce. However he moved to another state and remarried this women without divorcing me! now I can't remarry because I'm still married to him? is there such a law and if so how do i get my papers stating that I'm free from this man?
