My bank account was garnished by the sheriff department through
a writ 18months ago in ca. Can i get the funds back if the court still has the funds and has sent 2 reject sheets to the plaintiff saying. Rejection of writ of execution unable to process with reported negative numbers

If the court already has the funds then the Writ of Execution has already been processed (served on the bank and the money sent to the court).

I don't see you getting the money back because the levy of the account has already been completed and the money is no longer yours.

That the court won't send the money to the Plaintiff for some reason is something else and is between the court and the Plaintiff.

What does "reported negative numbers" mean?
