ESTA visa waiver program had been cancelled on OCT 2017

After each time when I traveled to the states as cabin crew position, CBP referred me to the secondary office to investigate me and then they let me in to the US.

I applied B2 visa at U.S embassy on AUG. 2018, my B2 visa was denied under section 212(a) and my C1 visa had been canceled at the same date.

I reapplied B2 visa at U.S embassy in Korea on 22. JAN. 2019 and I got denied a visa under section 212(a) again.

I submit my US FBI, Qatar and Korea criminal record FOIA and long beach police clearance records which are the no records.

the federal defendant department also final dispution is no records on the system too.

I would like to know if any people took the case with a similar cases and over came.

I doubt anyone here has been in that position.

If you want answers and a chance of resolution you really need an attorney.
