I'm trying to get my driver's lisence reinstated (and I already called to find out the requirements I need to meet before it can happen), but there was one part that I wasn't sure about.
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident (there were no damages to people, only the vehicles) almost two years ago; I was the negligent driver (hah) and didn't have insurance at the time (I was another of those stupid teens, sadly). Of the three things I need, the one that confuses me is the release form I would need from the insurance companies covering the two people whose cars were damaged in the accident.
Would the release form need to state that I had repaid the amount of money that the insurance companies originally wanted out of me? (As a college student, I have not much to my name but more debts than I know what to do with.) Or is it something else?
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks very much in advance!
