I sent out damages report via regular mail as well as certified. I just received a notice from the postal service that she had refused it. I am planning g to pick it up tomorrow. I have yet to receive the letter sent regular mail as return to sender.
I have no forwarding address so it was sent to rental address.
This is the person that I posted about previously about sending all of the malicious letters to my home.
The postal service showed me the way to verify that it was refused.
I plan to file at magistrate's in the next few months.
Damages include past rent and damages to premises. Do I file landlord tenant? I have had people say civil.
Also should I try to have constable serve damage notice? I have a general idea of where she may be.
