I put a hold on a hotel room during the weekend and was not able to make it. when I spoke to the young lady, she never mentioned to me that my card would be charged or basically never reviewed any of the hotel policy reguarding holding a room. In any case, My debit card was charged for a room I never stayed in. When I called to get a refund, the owner told the employee to tell me that because they sold out and my room was reserved, they can't refund my money. They're not even willing to do a partial refund. What can I do?
