I received a ticket for reckless operation on private property in Ohio, Ohio Revised Code 4511.201. Ohio Revised Code 4510.036 says that I will get four points to my license. I have a terrible record and this will be my twelfth points, giving me an atleast 6 month suspension. I am a 21 year old male with a good job and taking night classes, if that helps me any. Is there any way that i can get this lowered so I atleast do not get the four points?
