The home where I reside was left in trust to my 2 siblings and me. One of my siblings wants his share in cash. House is paid in full, I pay all homeowners, taxes, upkeep, etc. My credit is horrible after a huge loss in a former business. Would a bank lend me the money with the collateral from the other 2/3 of the house? Amount of payoff would be around 100,000.00. Please help! I don't know where to start!
