If a Real Estate agent knows he is selling a panelized home (modular like) . Does he/she have a duty to disclose that fact to the buyer ?

If a Real Estate agent knows he is selling a panelized home (modular like) . Does he/she have a duty to disclose that fact to the buyer ?

I don't know that there is any specific law regarding this type of home but is this not something a buyer would see for themselves upon reasonable inspection?
